Governing Law

These conditions of use are governed by the Law of England and English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes between you and us.

Returns Policy and Refunds

We aim to provide quality products and a first class service to our customers however there are occasions when you may wish a refund or an exchange, please complete the returns / exchange form which will be in the parcel.

Please note that under no circumstances will we accept the return of a garment which shows signs of having been worn or tried on for an extended period. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of a garment which has been badly repacked and cannot be put back into stock. It will be returned to the customer.

SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS
An exchange/return form will be included in the parcel. We will only be able to exchange SALE items for another size if it is the same product. If another colour or style is requested as an exchange we will require payment as per the price advertised on the website. Sorry, we do not offer free returns but we will send out exchange items for no extra charge.

Out of Stock Orders

We will endeavour to keep the website up to-date but stock levels of the Clearance Offers may change quickly. If an item in your order is out of stock we will call to advise you. Sale prices only apply to items currently in our warehouse.

New stock will be at full price.

Cancelling the Order

If you decide to cancel or return your order, you may do so under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) providing you inform us in writing (either by email or post) of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned. Once you have informed us that you wish to return the goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so at your own expense. We will then issue you a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Faulty or Goods Damaged in Transit

If you find the goods to be faulty or to have been damaged in transit, please report it to us within 7 working days of receipt. Please return the goods with the original packaging and all the documentation and paperwork. Once we receive the goods we will either send you a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Exchanging the Goods

If you wish to exchange any items for a different size or colour please complete the returns slip which will be in your parcel and post to:

You will be responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods by safe methods of transport. We suggest using the Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. You are responsible for the cost of the product until it arrives at back at the company.

Payment and Personal Data Security.

All payments are taken by Adaptawear which does not store any credit or debit card details. Personal details are encrypted during transmission and stored and used strictly in accordance with the Company's Data Protection Policy and will not be passed to any third party without your explicit permission. Alternatively payment may be made in person at the Company's premises or by cheque or bank transfer by arrangement at time of contract.

We accept major Credit/Debit cards and paypal. You can also pay by cheque if you are mailing your order (payable to The Senior Clothing Company Ltd.).

Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling including VAT. Where a product qualifies for VAT exemption under the VAT Act 1994, the price is also show without VAT (VAT Number 974 815185). Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination (VALUE) of the parcel and the shipping service. Adaptawear reserves the right to refuse bulk orders if we believe that the goods are being sold on for retail purposes without permission.

Sales and Promotions

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions at www.adaptawear.com are only valid for the period whilst the sale/promotion is in progress and cannot be backdated or added any time outside the offer.

Liability

We do not promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free at all times. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
